This fun loving group of SMS moms got together recently for a wild ride... an evening in a limo including a stop at Say Cheese Pizza Co, & Comic Book Cafe! The evening was made possible by the generosity of SMS families including the Cavages, who bid on & won the experience from our 2025 Spring for Success Auction Gala. Thank you for your generous contributions!

Planning is already underway for our 2026 Auction Gala, we can't wait to reveal some new, exciting changes in store for this year.

🎨 Our Montessori students were introduced to some exciting new work this week that will help them learn their colors! In a "Color Tablet Survey", one student glues colored construction paper squares to a piece of paper, then goes around the room to ask the others what their favorite color is. In the final step of the work, teachers help the students count the tally marks to see which colors receive the most votes.

Mr. Kelly's 7th grade science classes worked on using their observation skills to collect data for writing their lab reports. Experiments are always better when they involve fire!

Grade 2 enjoyed a field trip to our very own St. Mary's church this week in Religion class with Mrs. Bishop! They learned about the baptismal font, holy water, and many other beautiful parts of the church that we use at Mass and for the Sacraments.
